Maintenance Contracts

Just like your cars, your heating and cooling systems should be service regularly to ensure its safe and efficient operation.

During a routine maintenance our technicians will often be able to pin point any potential problem and correct them, hence preventing costly, unwanted break down.

Our seasonal maintenance contract provides complete peace of mind. What can be more frustrating than trying to find a heating contractor that will be able to fix your furnace on a cold winter night?

The contract includes furnace cleaning and inspection by a certified gas technician. In the event of a break down Air Flex will repair or replace any defective part(s) covered under the contract, at no additional cost, so call now and get registered on the program.

Our seasonal maintenance contract cost only $18.75 per month (plus GST).

RESIDENTIAL FURNACE TUNE-UP

Furnace tune–up includes a 20 point checklist covering the following:
1. Clean furnace thoroughly with vacuum cleaner
2. Check heat exchanger for possible cracks
3. Change or clean dust filter
4. Lubricate blower and motor bearings
5. Check fan belt and adjust for tension
6. Check pulley and drive alignment
7. Check all wiring for damage insulation or loose connection
8. Check electronic ignition control
9. Check vent pipes and draft hood
10. Check fan control
11. Check limit control
12. Check gas manifold pressure
13. Check for gas leak inside of furnace
14. Clean and adjust pilot assembly
15. Adjust burners for efficiency
16. Check all safety controls
17. Check and clean thermostat
18. Operate and check furnace through complete cycle
19. Check air temperature rise
20. Check for Carbon Monoxide presence in house

This 20 point check cost $89.00 (plus GST)

Air conditioner Tune–up is recommended before summer season starts.
The tune-up cost $99.00 (plus GST)
