Maintenance Tips:

Furnace

Have your furnace service once a year by a licensed gas technician.

Replace or clean furnace filter once every month

Keep vents and return air grills free of obstruction such as furniture

Do not store item near furnace they`may be a fire hazard and may also obstruct combustion air supply.


Air Conditioners

Keep out door unit free from leaves, trash or shrubs.

Clean out door coil using a garden hose, gently run water over the coil to clean out.
